Brain Fart? Nope, not after hearing what Joeel and Natalie have to say about it.

One of the first things that got my attention that Joel Rivera said is this: “if you improve your visualization, you can help create what you want in your future.”

He then talks about how everyone from pro athletes to astronauts practice the power of visualization. This is an excellent 30 day course that is designed to help people strengthen and improve their memory.

Joel goes really breaks it down and explains how many things we do can affect our memory. For example, he explains how food can affect our memory and the importance of a healthy diet and eating healthy fats, eating fiber rich foods and antioxidants. He also list various foods to avoid and why we should avoid them.

Another great point Joey brings up is how exercise helps with memory, brain function and overall balance in the body. An interesting correlation he made is how a lack of oxygen can affect our memories: not enough oxygen can make it harder for a person to concentrate and process information. Exercise can help boost oxygen levels to the brain.

Another thing I didn’t know is walking for just 15 minutes can boost memory and concentration. That’s a fabulous tip because I like to go outside and walk to get away from things for a few minutes.

These are all easy things we can do to help boost our memory. He also explained how a lack of sleep can hinder our mental functions and affect our memory. This makes perfect sense to me as well. Sometimes, you just have to hear someone explain it in layman’s terms, which Joey does quite well.

Once a person understand the things we should do to help boost our memories, he gives us excellent tips and exercises on strengthen our memories.

One of my favorite tips that Joey talks about is knowing your “peak time.” Do you know your peak time? That’s when your senses are the most heightened and you’re most focused. Mine is at night. I’m not a morning person but always force myself to be. This just lets me know it’s ok to be myself.

Another thing I never considered is it can take 8 seconds for the mind to see something and move it to the next stage of memory.

Joey does a really good job explaining how memory works and the simple things we can do to help strengthen. I strongly suggest people of all ages try this 30 day course if they are serious about strengthening and improving their memory. It’s well worth it.
