The Only Audience-orientated Course on Creatine

Creatine! We have heard a lot about this popular performance-enhancing, muscle-building supplement and we might have even used it, however, things like its proper use and side effects are flat out lost on most of us, including me. To learn a lot better about creatine and how to use it properly, I have turned to Brad Newton’s latest course, and I have to say just like any of his courses, this one also surpassed my expectations.

Brad commences the all-encompassing course with a brief background information about himself, which can be skipped at will. Then he smoothly moves onto other lectures where he lucidly explains what creatine and mitochondriathe are, and, truth be told, I found the information about the latter to be quite overwhelming to take in.

However, Brad pulls out all the stops to deliver each of his lectures with as less jargon as possible. Following are the lectures on how creatine works and how it helps us build more muscle. Then he transitions onto his two-part lecture on how we can effectively use creatine to build muscle effectively. Just like any other supplements, using creatine comes with its own side effects, such as nausea, and abdominal cramps and others. He clearly breaks down all of these side effects in the lectures.

I loved the lecture about the creatine cycling, which is more or less about consuming creatines from time to time to get the maximum benefit. He also has a lecture on mixing and matching creatine with other substances, barring caffeine.

After summarizing the section, he calls on his audience to set a mission to work for, which I found really motivating. He then dives right into the types of creatines, such as monohydrate, ethyl ester, liquid, and others- that are available in the market and eloquently explains about each in separate lectures. Brad wraps up the course by answering ten questions, which was quite like the frosting on the cake.

As for the course’s content and its flow, Brad effectively presents all the ins and outs of the creatine in the most practical and comprehensive way possible. He eschews obscure concepts and words in explaining creatine, and it makes this course a must-have for anyone, who is curious to get to know more about creatine.

Overall, even though I wished each lecture in the course were a bit shorter, I am confident that the things I have learned from this course will put me in a good stead next time I am shopping around for a creatine, and or consuming it.
