My transformation has been amplified by these Mindfulness exercises and techniques

Before listening to this, I do my best to journal every day in order to vocalize my inner dialogue and process my feelings and thoughts more completely, however, I do so without structure or direction usually, and do not always practice journaling with mindfulness. These tracks are full of wonderful exercises that have allowed me to be more mindful in my daily routine and be at peace with myself and my life more frequently. Granted, it is not easy to maintain at all times, but it gets easier with practice.

I really enjoy the RAIN diary exercise an acronym that she presents. I believe that it is the simple little things such as that simple journaling exercise are what propel us into further states of growth, heightened states of awareness, and states of deeper fulfillment within the fabric of our lives. I am most certainly not mindful all the time. In fact, lately, I have been reverting to old, anxious, mindless patterns that only propagate more negative emotions and mindless behaviors.

Being in pain is an interesting thing; a powerful thing. Yet, it can so easily blind us and remove us from the seat of observation in our lives. We lose presence, we lose gratitude, we lose mindfulness. These exercises have greatly helped and assisted me in becoming more mindful in my daily life, and I intend to continue practicing and looking up more work from Libby Seery.
