Curious about Chakras? You have come to the right place.

When I first began my journey of spirituality and learning about meditations, one of the first things I came across were the energy centers in the body called, Chakras. I had no idea if they were real or not, or what they even did, but the more I began looking into them, the more I began to understand what they were all about and how they affect us. So, after learning what they were, the next phase was seeing if they were more than philosophy. So, I proceeded to start meditating with intention towards healing my chakras and opening them. As I worked from healing the root up to my crown, I felt a wild sensation that is borderline inexplicable, however, I am going to do my best to paint a picture for you:

Imagine a feeling in your tailbone that literally feels like a surge of energy opening up. It doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t feel uncomfortable, but rather, it is clear and peaceful. It is a feeling that now, as I try to describe it, I am finding to be indescribable. I had always just done the chakra balancing and cleansing on my own until I found this collection of meditations. As I began working on these one by one, I was stunned and astonished by how much intention goes into opening and healing these energy centers in the body. Now, you needn’t heal all 7 of your chakras in one day, especially if you feel that some need more attention than others, but you certainly have the means to with this audio course.

If you are getting into meditation and have heard about chakras and are curious as to what they are, what they do, and how to get in touch with them, then you have most certainly come to the right place. After using these meditations, I found myself feeling full of energy, clear as day, positive, and ultimately, fulfilled. I hope that these meditations find you in the same way that they did me!
