Quick hypnosis for busy people

These hypnosis tracks have everything: anxiety and mood management, meditations for beginners (with theta beats! my favorite), energy boosting ones (these are great for midday), depression, negativity, abundance consciousness and gratitude, positivity, confidence, and more. Some have meditation bells, and the guiding voices come in either male or female. There’s even one for children.

I find a lot of value in quick pick-me-up type guided meditations/visualizations/hypnosis. Sure, it’s nice to light candles and spend an hour or two going deep, but I don’t always have time for that. Doing a quick 5-15 minute guided hypnosis, especially one with affirmations, has been so important to my daily routine, mental health, and overall wellbeing. Plus, the shorter they are, the easier it is to convince my family and friends to give them a shot. It’s great for people who feel intimidated by meditation.

I love these for my pesky morning depression, because they help me tackle those issues right away so I can get good footing for the rest of the day. Never underestimate the power of starting your day right. Each choice is important, so choose to do something that’s good for you. On my lunch break, these are great to listen to with meditative breathing to recenter and get ready to get back to the grind. It might be cheating, but sometimes I listen to them while I eat my meal so that I won’t automatically go into my default anxiety ruminations. I always feel so bright and clear afterward. And at the end of the day, they’re fantastic to unwind, espeically when the fatigue makes me irritable or depressed again. 

Making meditation and inner work a daily practice takes time, but we live in an age full of so much helpful technology. To have these short and easy tracks available whenever is so liberating.
