The Bottom Line To Building A Great Body

Brad is the real deal. He’s a straight shooter and I appreciate that! One of the first things he says is that he will NOT guarantee a shredded body or flat abs after 30 days. Now some people may want to hear that, but it’s not possible in all cases.

Unlike many of the exercise and diet plans that promise spectacular results, Brad gives it to us straight. He points out that it can take time to see results, and the key is to be fully committed to making it work.

What I like about Brad’s style is one of the first things he talks about is the most important muscle, which is the mind. It’s critical we strengthen that muscle, which is willpower. He ties it all together, which is key in transforming the body.

This course isn’t about just changing your physique: confidence, self-esteem, relationships with food, and many other aspects of our lives are affected. Brad does a great job of making us aware how these are all interconnected, and by working on all these various aspects, we can increase our probability of success.

This course is only for those who are serious about making a change. If you’re not committed, don’t waste your time. This program is for those who are ready to make changes and do what it takes.

Brad covers everything you can think of: he talks about the mental aspect of fitness, the eating aspect. He even talks about willpower and what to do when falling off the wagon. He goes over specific exercises and how to do them properly.

He also answers questions that many people often have, such as will weights make women bulky, or do you have to stop eating your favorite junk foods cold turkey.

In the course, Brad said he has compiled over 10 years of personal experiences and put them in the course. I believe him because it seems like he covers everything. Great course!
