A great introduction to Reiki for those who want to take healing and Ascension into their own hands
I have to admit that for a long time I had a very basic understanding of Reiki. I knew it was a type of energy work that originated in Japan and that it involved the hands. That’s about it. I knew nothing about the “Seven Rays” or “Ascended Masters” (also known as “Mahatma”). Even as someone who grew up with exposure to the teachings about chakras, subtle energies, card readings, etc, I wasn’t sure if this aspect was “too woo” for me to really dig into. Once I allowed myself to just be curious about it, I discovered something really valuable.
Nikolas Baralos offers short, easy to digest tracks that explain and instruct in every aspect of these teachings. Not only is Reiki effective for facilitating the healing of blocked chakras, trauma, emotional wounds, and resulting illness, but it provides a gateway for communication with our ancestors and the ascended higher dimensional beings who watch over this 3D realm we live in. Learning to communicate and receive messages from them takes time, especially for those of us who are new to the idea. We’re so locked into the mundane world we live in that it’s hard to differentiate between our own thoughts and messages we receive from higher vibrations. Even people who aren’t aware of this have had moments of inspiration–ideas, songs, works of art, spring into existence from nothingness. This is our divine creativity, our connection to the source we all came from.
Nikolas has separate tracks for tuning in to various Ascended Masters, which are essentially representative of different archetypes. If these don’t resonate with you for whatever reason, you can substitute for archetypes you’re more in tune with, such as gods and goddesses from ancient mythologies or even angels. I would even say you can create an altar with your favorite superheroes and supervillains because those contain potent archetypal energies as well.
