Become a mindfulness guru in your everyday life
Right off the bat, I resonate with this collection of meditations, mindfulness exercises, and guided meditations because it supports the same way that I prefer to utilize and teach meditation. As it mentions in the descriptive paragraph, this audio program assists in teaching listeners how to incorporate mindfulness into everyday living, which is the key factor apart from self-awareness in terms of being more present and attentive in your life.
When you learn what mindfulness looks like and feels like to you, you can more implement it effortlessly into the most seemingly mundane tasks and routines, making them not so mundane anymore. I love that this has meditations for washing dishes, cleaning, commuting, and even at-work meditations! In essence, there is no reason for you not to meditate with the content featured in this program.
In the hustle and bustle of our lives in this modern age, it can be difficult to set aside time to sit with yourself and focus on observing your psyche and healing your wounds, but with the content featured here, you can begin your journey of introspection and meditation slowly and comfortably in a whatever way that works best for you, which in my opinion, is one of the most important things with meditation and mindfulness.
The other day I raked leaves for my mother, cleaned up her dog’s poop, cleaned the kitchen, and did other things around the house for her. There were moments where I found it would have been easy to move as fast as possible and complete the tasks mindlessly, but what kind of experience would that be to just be on auto-pilot the whole time? I found myself becoming actively mindful of the actions I was performing, and I completed them that much more thoroughly and lovingly. It is amazing how loving attention can change the way in which we do things.
We do things to the very best of our ability, we smile while we do them, and what’s more, is when practicing mindfulness, we don’t do it expecting something in return. When you begin to do good things for the right reasons and practice mindfulness while doing them, you only welcome more wonderful things into your life experience.
So, if you find yourself feeling curious about the realms and dimensions of applicable meditation, I highly recommend that you give this audio course a shot. It will make your daily routine effortless and fulfilling.
