Gary Vee is a Self-Awareness Genius
Not only is all the information in this audio course truthful, digestible, and relatable, but it also holds listeners accountable. One of the things I enjoy most about Gary Vee is his attitude. He doesn’t settle for beating around the bush, excuses, or hiding behind false confidence. He straight up calls out his interviewers and listeners and urges them to be honest and vulnerable with themselves; to stop hiding from themselves and become their greatest selves.
His story of how he came over to the United States in 1978 is inspiring because he created himself to be who he is today. It wasn’t mere happenstance or luck of the draw, he did the work, he was aware of himself, and he settled for nothing less than what he truly wanted and what he is truly good at. I feel like many people, and I can only speak for myself, of course, don’t know what they are truly good at or are afraid to go after what they really want because they are afraid of rejection, failure, defeat, etc. What is incredible about Gary Vee though, is that he hasn’t settled for the lackluster security. He went for what he wanted and he succeeded.
I think the fact that he holds self-awareness in such high regard speaks volumes about him as a businessman and a human being. So many of us are so unaware of ourselves and our surroundings that we subconsciously choose the victim card while simultaneously complaining about it, and what Gary Vee does is he turns that unawareness on its head and calls out the propagators without a care in the world. So, if you are struggling to find your purpose, or are struggling with the confidence to create the life that you truly desire, I strongly urge you to listen to this inspirational man. I can guarantee you, it will change your life and inspire you to quit being played by the system, and instead, play the system so that it works for you.
