I didn’t have a name for my past partners until I listened to this

I just got out of a very traumatic breakup recently, however, in comparison to relationships prior to this one, I can honestly say that I no longer unconsciously exhibit narcissistic traits, and don’t attract narcissists into my life anymore. As I listened through this, I would find myself asking myself, “Am I a narcissist?” — I hope not! When I really listened to the malicious and manipulative behaviors regarding narcissism, I was pleased to realize that those behaviors and traits certainly are not mine at this point in my life.

My past two relationships before my most recent one were long, drawn-out bouts of narcissistic abuse on both ends. Both of us would sabotage each other out of our hurt egos and false sense of self-importance. It was a constant cycle of projections of inadequacy that broke us both down. The strangest thing is how we get addicted to narcissists. It almost seems like we stick around because when they love us it feels so good, and because it is seldom when they do. Being with a narcissist is a constant fight for approval and survival, which is not a healthy relationship by any means.

Angie Atkinson presents this information in a way that is easy to understand and is straight to the point. I like her no-B.S. attitude and how she doesn’t care to tell you things that you may have already heard. She explains things in a way that are relevant, and she makes sure that no stone goes unturned.

This audio program is an eye-opener for me, as it has helped me to be more aware of narcissistic behaviors so that I can refrain from getting involved with a narcissist like I have in the past, however, I am grateful that I am just not attracted to narcissists anymore. Their behaviors and demeanor are simply unattractive and unpleasant to be around.

So, if you have an inkling that you may be currently dating a narcissist or are afraid that you, yourself might be a narcissist, give this audio course your attention and find out if you fall in-line with the definition of a narcissist according to Angie Atkinson.
