I struggled to feel motivated to exercise – until this!

It is easy to feel inadequate when comparing ourselves to the countless advertisements and photoshopped centerfolds that saturate the media but does nothing but propagate more insecurity. I have experienced the ecstasy and self-confidence that comes from loving the way I look and just how great I feel on every level when I take care of my body, but I still find it very difficult to maintain motivation when it comes to going to the gym or exercising regularly.

This collection of hypnosis programs has helped me greatly to listen to my intuition and tap into the part of myself that thrives on health. In a society where processed goods are not only readily available but inherently cheaper than going the healthy route, it is a great challenge to find the inspiration to stick to a workout regimen and consume healthy foods. Even though I eat a mostly healthy diet, making the time to exercise has always been a great challenge for me. Listening to this tracks really assisted me in getting in better touch with myself and realizing just how easy it is to reprogram my old thought patterns and make a change. It is as simple as changing one’s mind about something and responding accordingly, which paradoxically is what makes it so difficult.

While I still struggle to find the motivation to exercise, I am learning how to retrain my mind so that I can reflect just how beautiful I feel inside on the outside. It is easy to get discouraged and fall back into old habits, but that is what makes it so much more rewarding in the end. If you are looking to conquer your fears and wish to step into your true power as a physical being, don’t hesitate to give hypnosis a chance and take some time to really get to know yourself.
