Narcissistic Abuse Recovery and using the Secret Law of Attraction
Much of this has to do with using positivity to our advantage and lessening our negativity in our lives. Asserting our ability to control our attitude in different situations which is quite possible. Basically changing our perceptions. We should restate to yourself that positive attracts positive. That repetition is helpful, in a sense, positive affirmations.
This is self-help and the using intentions and perceptions. The speaker just restates this and confirms these concepts for the listener. She uses positive clichés as well, which are helpful for those who need esteem-boosts, such as if “fake it till you make it”. An example she uses is, if you don’t like a roller-coaster, pretend to like it until you do. Perception defines your life. The speaker poses questions like you do have the power to change your own life and such. These are simple but profound statements.
Survivors of narcissism should benefit from this, because, one does no longer want to attract the negative and this does address the law of attraction. She does discuss the law of cause and effect and thoughts dictating action and then, of course, action, dictating thoughts. This being the outcome of success.
Overall these tapes were inspiring and refreshing.
