Testimony of Skinny Guy

As a twenty six year old in today’s modern culture, going to the gym and working on ‘gains’ seems to somewhat of a norm for most of the guys, however, as a writer, a musician, and a personal growth coach for men, I don’t focus much on going to the gym and gaining mass. This isn’t to say that I haven’t done this before in the past, but I definitely struggle with feeling adequate when I go to the gym. I’m not sure if it is because of my insecurities, my stereotypical judgment about others who go to the gym, or both, but I have struggled with going to the gym since college.

In listening to this audio course from David de las Morenas, I have learned far more than I ever thought I would seek out about weightlifting and achieving a more healthy physical state. Granted, I still feel weary about getting a gym membership, but with the knowledge I have gained from this program, I most certainly feel more confident in my ability to apply the knowledge I have gained.

The winter is always the hardest time to get motivated to exercise, and that is coincidentally the time when I have discovered this course. Perhaps it is simply proving to be more of a challenge and an opportunity to grow. To be completely honest, I am not sure, however, I am sure of one thing. I know what my body is capable of doing, and I learned so much about proper lifting and healthy dieting that I am feeling pretty confident for whenever I finally decide to pull the trigger and get my buns in the gym! So, if you are a guy like myself who perhaps struggles with his body image and isn’t entirely confident in regards to his ability in the gym: give this audio program a listen! I can assure you, it will fill your brain with everything you need to know in order to build body mass and get the manly body that you desire.
